Michael Vincent Mulroony

MICHAEL VINCENT MULROONY, 57, of Highland Lakes, died Sunday, November 22, 2020.

Born in Paterson, NJ, Mr. Mulroony resided in Woodland Park before moving to Highland Lakes.

Mike was employed at Ricoh USA for 25 years. He devoted his time to the care of his daughter, Samantha. Mike was Honorably Discharged from the US Navy as First-Class Petty Officer E-6 with the Navy Seabees where he served for 18 years.

He was an active member of Wallkill Valley Post #8441 of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, volunteering and always helping others in need. Mike was truly loved by all that knew him.

He was predeceased by his wife, the former Tracey A. Stepp, on Oct. 5, 2011.

Survivors include: his daughter, Samantha Mulroony; his parents. Vincent and Margaret (nee Smith) Mulroony of Churchville, Pa; his brother, John Mulroony and his wife, Victoria of Woodland Park, NJ; his two sisters, Heather and her husband, Danny Moore of Churchville, Pa. and Kate and her husband, Tony Alicea of Jacksonville, Fla.; his nieces and nephews: Andy and Ava Alicea, Ashley Rose Rowe, Jack and James Mulroony, Connor, Mack, Quinn and Shea Moore; his many cousins; his longtime friend, Mary Beth Appio and his beloved dogs Peyton, Olivia and Brady.

A Memorial Gathering with walkthrough visitation will be held on Saturday, December 12, 2020 from 2-5 pm with a Memorial Service at 4:30 pm at Bizub-Parker Funeral Home, 47 Main Street, Little Falls. Face masks must be worn and social distancing rules will apply. Due to current restrictions on allowable numbers (50) inside the funeral home, it is requested that those attending the visitation be courteous by limiting their time inside in order to allow others the opportunity to pay their respects as well.
