Alberta (Schweinberg) Landspurg

Alberta (nee Schweinberg) Landspurg, 92, of Little Falls died peacefully Thursday, August 4, 2022.

Born in Montclair, NJ, she grew up in Roseland, moving to Little Falls in 1959 upon her marriage to her husband, Fred. She had been a Library Aide at Little Falls School #1.

Mrs. Landspurg was a member of Little Falls United Methodist Church and a former member of the Woman’s Club of Little Falls.

She was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Fred E. Landspurg, in August of 2021.

Survivors include: her son, David Landspurg of Kinnelon; her daughter Patricia Hassler and her husband, Jeff of Wayne; her brother, Arthur Schweinberg and sister, Marion Cole, both of Roseland and her four grandchildren, Melissa, Kelly, Steven and Michael, whom she enjoyed every minute she spent with them.

Visitation will be from 2-5 pm on Sunday, August 7, 2022 at Bizub-Parker Funeral Home, 47 Main St., Little Falls. Funeral will be 10:30 am Monday from the funeral home followed by interment at Restland Memorial Park, East Hanover.
