Arline A. (Holmsen) Chumacas

Arline A. (nee Holmsen) Chumacas, 84, of Little Falls died Thursday, August 18, 2022.

Born in Weehawken, New Jersey, Ms. Chumacas resided in Little Falls for 40 plus years. In her youth, Arline was employed at Bendix Corporation in Teterboro, NJ and then as a long-term employee at JC Penney at the Willowbrook Mall in Wayne, NJ.

Ms. Chumacas was a parishioner of Our Lady of Holy Angels Church in Little Falls; a member of the Red Hat Society, and a NY Giants’ enthusiast.  Arline enjoyed cooking & gardening and especially spending time with her family.

Arline was predeceased by her daughter, Christine Mosby and her sister, Anita Rega.

Survivors include: her four children, Louis Chumacas of Reading, Pa., Victor D. Chumacas of Pompton Plains, NJ, Thomas Chumacas of Little Falls and Suzanne Rooney of Cedar Grove plus ten grandchildren: Damon, Kim, Steven, Stephanie, Nicholas, Shawn, Andrew, Morgan, Conner, Christopher and four great grandchildren.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, August, 25th at Our Lady of Holy Angels RC Church, 465 Main St., Little Falls at 9:30 am. Those wishing to make a contribution in memory of Arline Chumacas, please consider a donation to https://www.stjosephshealth.org/
