CHARLES S. PULLARA, 91, of Little Falls died suddenly on Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2022.
Born in Little Falls, Charles was a lifelong resident. He retired as a Manager of the Prudential Life Insurance Company in Parsippany after 40 years of service to the company. Mr. Pullara was a retired Captain in the New Jersey National Guard, 50th Armored Division where he served for 20 years.
He was a longtime parishioner of Holy Angels RC Church, where he was active in many ministries including Eucharistic Minister, Lector and Organizer of the Annual Carnival with his late wife, Mary.
Mr. Pullara was predeceased by his wife of 62 years, the former Mary L. Gianduso and his sister, Della Conti.
Survivors include his three children, Steven D. Pullara of Warminster, Pa., Paul Pullara and his wife, Christine of Millsboro, DE and Dina L. Carmelengo and her husband, Kevin of Long Valley, NJ; his two brothers, John P. Pullara and his wife, Loretta of Little Falls and Joseph C. Pullara of Altamonte Springs, FL and his five grandchildren, Kevin Jr., Ryan, Julianna, Connor and Dylan.
Visitation will be on Sunday from 2-6 pm. Funeral will be 9:30 AM Monday from Bizub-Parker Funeral Home, 47 Main St., Little Falls and 10AM at Holy Angels RC Church, 465 Main St., Little Falls.
