Elizabeth (Rusnak) Lechman

Elizabeth (nee Rusnak) Lechman, 95, of Little Falls died Friday, August 26, 2022.

Born in Priekopa, Czechoslovakia, Mrs. Lechman came to the United States in March of 1948 settling in Jersey City where she resided until moving to Little Falls eight years ago.

Mrs. Lechman was a parishioner of St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church in Jersey City where she was a Rosarian.

She was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, George Lechman, in 2008 and by her granddaughter, Kathleen Marie Pinho, in 2011.

Survivors include her two children, George Lechman and his wife, Barbara of Little Falls and Mary Ann DiCorcia and her husband, Bill of Hillsborough, nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

Visitation will be 4-8 pm Thursday, Sept. 1, 2022 at Bizub-Parker Funeral Home, 47 Main St., Little Falls. Funeral will be 9:45 am Friday, Sept. 2, 2022 from the funeral home followed by a 11:00 am Byzantine Liturgy at St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church, 231 Pacific Ave., Jersey City, NJ.
