Elizabeth "Betty" L. (Graf) Caceres

Elizabeth L. (nee Graf) Caceres, 96, of Little Falls died Sunday, April 26, 2026 at home.

Affectionately known as Betty, she resided in Cedar Grove before moving to Little Falls 90 years ago. She retired as Township Nurse with the Township of Little Falls. Previously she was a Registered Nurse at Montclair Community Hospital and later at the former Hartwyck West Nursing Home in Cedar Grove. After her retirement she worked with her late husband, Rodolfo “Rudy” Caceres, MD in his medical practice.

Betty enjoyed watercolor painting and pencil art as well as gardening with spring and summer flowers.

She was a member of the Little Falls United Methodist Church and its Women’s Circle as well as the Little Falls Women’s Club.

Betty was predeceased by her husband, Rodolfo “Rudy” Caceres, MD, on May 22, 1989; by her daughter, Patricia Lynee Huey on April 4, 2014 and by her parents, Cornelius and Lisle (nee Zurcher) Graf.

Survivors include: her two sons, Kevin Flannagan of Little Falls and Robert Flannagan of Arizona; her five grandchildren, Lillian, Shadow, Jessica, James and Henry, several great grandchildren and her two step daughters, Erica and Giovanna.

Visitation will be from 4-8 pm on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at Bizub-Parker Funeral Home, 47 Main Street, Little Falls. The funeral will be at 10:00 am Thursday at the funeral home followed by interment at Rosedale Cemetery, Montclair.
