Janet Carnevale

Janet C. (nee Cole) Carnevale, age 81, passed away on Friday, June 27, 2025.

Janet was born August 10, 1943 to Norman and Eleanor (nee Buist) Cole. She was the sixth of seven children. Janet was a bookkeeper for many years as well as an educator and private tutor.  Janet leaves behind her children,  Robin; Diane, whose children are Joshua and Emily; and Peter (Holly), whose children are Tyler, Matthew and Cameron.  Her life was a testimony of hard work, unconditional love, and unwavering faith. She was dedicated not only to her family, but also to the care of countless rescue animals through her work with Rescue Haven Foundation. Her commitment and passion for dogs brought comfort to many four-legged friends, as well as those that adopted them. Janet leaves a legacy of love, service and faith; while we mourn her loss we celebrate the incredible life that she lived, and the many blessings along the way

Visitation will be held on Sunday July 6, from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at Bizub-Parker Funeral Home, 47 Main Street, Little Falls. Funeral Service will be 10:00 am Monday, July 7. 2025 at the funeral home followed by burial at Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa.
