John William Leskovics

John William Leskovics, 77, of Bloomingdale died April 2, 2020.

Born in Paterson, NJ he grew up there before moving to Bloomingdale where he resided before moving to the NJ Firemen’s Home in Boonton, NJ. He retired as a machinist with Arrow Converting Equipment of Fairfield, NJ.

Mr. Leskovics was a parishioner of St. Mary’s RC Church in Pompton Lakes and was a firefighter with the Bloomingdale Volunteer Fire Department.

He was predeceased by his parents, Gregory and Jule Ellen (nee O’Rourke) Leskovics and by his brother, William Leskovics.

Survivors include: his wife, Joyce A. (nee Krok); his three daughters, Jodie Parente and her husband, Frank of Little Falls, NJ, Jamie Sauselen and her husband, Brian of Sinking Spring, Pa. and Jeanie Hall and her husband, Timothy of Lansdale, Pa.; his sister, Katherine Capizzi of Woodland Park, NJ; his brother, Gregory Leskovics of Brookhaven, Pa. and his eight grandchildren, Zachary and Luke Parente; Brianna, Scott, Matthew, Jonathan and Rachel Sauselen; and Riley Hall.
