Laura J. (Iannelli) Foresta

LAURA J. (nee Iannelli) FORESTA, 77, of Little Falls died Thursday, November 14, 2024.

Born in Montclair, Mrs. Foresta was a lifelong Little Falls resident. She retired as a secretary for Montclair State University, where she worked for 23 years. She was a supporter of the New Jersey Audubon Society and enjoyed cultivating her interest in photography.

Mrs. Foresta was predeceased by her parents, Nicholas and Helen (nee Vitari) Iannelli and her brother, Michael Iannelli. 

Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Joseph A. Foresta; her two daughters, Gina Pepper and her husband William of West Caldwell and Michele Seugling and her husband Daniel of Caldwell; and her two granddaughters, Maria Ritter and her husband Nicholas and Katherine Pepper.

A memorial mass will be held  at 10:30 am on Saturday, November 23, 2024 at St. Aloysius RC Church, 219 Bloomfield Avenue, Caldwell, NJ. Those wishing to express their sympathies may consider a contribution to NJ Audubon at 9 Hardscrabble Road, Bernardsville, NJ 07924 or https://njaudubon.org/
