Mercedes "Gladys" (Corazon) Mendoza

MERCEDES “GLADYS” (nee Corazon) MENDOZA, 92, of LITTLE FALLS died Sunday, June 20, 2021.

Born in the Dominican Republic, Mrs. Mendoza, also known as Gladys, came to the United States in 1948 settling first in New York City before moving to Paterson. She then resided in Oakland before moving to Little Falls in 24 years ago.

Mrs. Mendoza was a parishioner of St. Joseph’s RC Church, Paterson.

She was predeceased by her husband, Pedro A. Mendoza.

Survivors include her five children, Nancy Braddell, Gladys Scozzari, Tony Mendoza, Nelson Mendoza and Daniel Mendoza; her ten grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Thursday, June 24, 2021 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Bizub-Parker Funeral Home, 47 Main St., Little Falls. Funeral will be Friday, June 25, 2021 9:45 am from the funeral home and 10:30 am Mass at St. Joseph’s RC Church, 399 Market Street, Paterson. Interment to follow at Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa.
