Ralph Anthony Studio, age 78, passed away peacefully on February 5, 2021. He was born on August 17, 1942 in Paterson, NJ to Louis Studio and Theresa DeCicco Studio. He had been together with his wife and best friend, MarySue Studio, for 30 years, the two married in 2000.
Ralph lived life to the fullest. Anyone who knew him would tell you he truly was one of a kind. He enjoyed going out to dinner, and telling the waiter how to make Pasta Aglio e Olio – “little bit of garlic, little bit of olive oil, extra wet.” He took many trips to Aruba, he liked fishing with his friends, playing pickleball, and going to the beach. But above all else, he loved spending time with his family and grandchildren.
For many years, Ralph worked as an electrical worker. He was an Honorary Member of the Local 102 International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers for 50 years. Another honor Ralph wore was as the past Commander of The American Legion Post 227 in Totowa, NJ. Though he may have been retired, his job as a supervisor would never be finished.
Ralph is proceeded in death by his brother, the late Frank Studio, and his son, the late Anthony Studio.
He is survived by his wife, MarySue Studio, his sister, Rosemarie Studio and her husband, Glen Stringer; his son, Eugene Thompson and his wife, Dianne Thompson, his daughter, Heather Mancini and her husband, Nick Tarsia, and his three granddaughters, Kasey Thompson, Bailey Thompson, and Alexandra Mancini, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
