Niranjana N. (Bhatt) Shastri

NIRANJANA N. (nee Bhatt) SHASTRI, 80 of Clifton died Friday, December 11, 2020.

Born in Navsari, India, Mrs. Shastri came to the United States in 1977 settling first in Maryland. She then moved to Passaic in 1978 and then to Clifton in 1980. Mrs. Shastri had been employed at the former Stanley Roberts Co. of Clifton.

She was predeceased by her husband, Narendra Shastri and by her parents, Maganlal and Gajraben Bhatt.

She is survived by her three sons, Nilesh and his wife, Smita Shastri of Howell, NJ, Himanshu and his wife, Nilima Shastri and Yatin and his wife, Seema Shastri, both of Clifton; and her six grandchildren, Darshan, Puja, Nisha, Sonia, Nishant and Sunny.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 from 9:00 am- 11:00 am at Bizub-Parker Funeral Home, 47 Main St., Little Falls followed by committal services at East Ridgelawn Crematory in Clifton. Face masks must be worn and social distancing rules will apply. Due to current restrictions on allowable numbers (50) inside the funeral home, it is requested that those attending the visitation be courteous by limiting their time inside in order to allow others the opportunity to pay their respects as well.
