PEARL ELIASZ, 96, of Little Falls died Friday, February 9, 2024.
Born in Vilka, Poland, Mrs. Eliasz came to the United States in January of 1951 settling first in Nanticoke, Pa. In 1957, her family relocated to Little Falls. She was employed at the Beattie Carpet Mills before employment at the Overbrook Hospital Center, formerly of Cedar Grove. After retirement, she was a Crossing Guard for the Township of Little Falls.
She was a parishioner of St. Nicholas Ukrainian Church in Passaic.
Mrs. Eliasz was predeceased by her husband, Stefan Eliasz.
Survivors include: her two children, John Eliasz and his wife, Krystyna of Little Falls and Dorothy Gentile and her husband, Peter of Delray Beach, FL; her four grandchildren, Kristofer Eliasz and his wife, Patricia, Kim Eliasz-Hyra and her husband, Peter, Robert and Daniel Gentile; and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday, February 13, 2024 from 2-4 pm & 6-8 pm at Bizub-Parker Funeral Home, 47 Main Street, Little Falls. Funeral will be 9:30 am Wednesday, February 14, 2024 from the funeral home and 10:30 am at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Church, 217 President St., Passaic. Interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery, Paterson.
