RIP Cedar Grove Twins - local stars of Weird NJ

When my wife and I first moved here, We only knew of them from either Vol1 or Vol 2 of Weird NJ books. During the first week of moving in, we said HEY! We read about them!! and sure enough...

I've had the privilege of speaking and getting to know Raymond as he walked by one day without his twin. That's when I found out Robert had sadly passed. Since then, I had some great and interesting conversations with Raymond as he picked up the county newspaper from me weekly and dropped off beautiful daffodils for my wife that he had grown himself. He always gave to support the local volunteer fire/rescue squad amongst other things. What a beautiful and interesting soul he was (as probably his brother as well).  We will miss them sorely and Little Falls/Cedar Grove will not be the same without waving hi to them on a daily basis or stopping my yard work/car DIY for a nice chat. Rest in Peace dear sirs.

So sorry to hear about Raymond. I can remember stories of my Mom and her sister ( Dorothea and Betty Lou Shamberger) growing up and playing together in the same neighborhood. I will always remember them dressing the same but in different colors and walking in the same steps. They are truly a part of Littles Falls history, everyone knew the twins.
