Ruth Ann C. Frasco

Ruth Ann C. Frasco (née Cottam), 94, of Little Falls, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 26, 2025, surrounded by the loving care of her family.

Born in Paterson, New Jersey, Ruth Ann lived in Paterson, Wayne, and Pompton Lakes before making Little Falls her home in 1955. She was employed for many years at the former Little Falls Savings & Loan Association. A talented watercolor artist, she was a member of the Art Club of Little Falls. During her retirement, Ruth Ann devoted many years as a volunteer at Chilton Hospital in Pequannock.

Ruth Ann was predeceased by her beloved husband, Lawrence Frasco, who passed away on June 13, 1997; her parents, George and Ruth (née Chadwick) Cottam; and her sister, Margaret Esposito.

She is survived by her four loving children: Mark Frasco and his wife, Laurie, of Sparta, Lorraine Adcock of Morris Plains, Janice Burke of Little Falls, and Leslie Ann Wisniewski of Oak Ridge. She was a cherished grandmother to Sean Frasco and his wife, Stephanie, Ryan Frasco, Tyler Burke, Connor Adcock, and Sage Wisniewski, and a proud great-grandmother to Travis, Siobhan, and Beau Frasco.

Ruth Ann will be remembered for her devotion to her family, her quiet generosity, and her lifelong commitment to her community.

Visitation will be from 4-8 pm om Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at Bizub-Parker Funeral Home, 47 Main Street, Little Falls. Funeral will be 10:30 am Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2025 at the funeral home followed by interment at Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa.
