Wenona S. (Reibsome) Martinez

WENONA S. (nee Reibsome) MARTINEZ, 85, of Bloomingdale, NJ  died Tuesday, May 11, 2021.

Born in White Deer, Pa., Mrs. Martinez resided in Buena, New Jersey for most of her life before moving to Puerto Rico and then Florida. She returned to New Jersey in 2012, settling in Bloomingdale.

She loved to crochet, read and bake. She also enjoyed word search puzzles.

Mrs. Martinez was predeceased by her husband, Victor Martinez, Sr. and her parents, Fred and Gladys Marie (nee Huff) Reibsome.

She is survived by her three children, Maria Vazquiez of Bartow, FL, Victor Martinez, Jr. of San Diego, Ca. and Norma Hernandez and her husband, Mariano of Bloomingdale, NJ; her five grandchildren, Ivan Jr., Samuel, Ricky, Lisa Marie and Gilberto and her ten great grandchildren, Angel, Anyah, Emma, Jasmine, Gilberto III, Chance, Arena, Aiden, Ivanna and Maximus.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 13, 2021 from 1:00 – 2:00 pm follow by a funeral service at Bizub-Parker Funeral Home, 47 Main St., Little Falls. For those unable to be physically present you are invited to CLICK HERE to view a livestream of services.
